The Erasmus+ project "Imagination and Creativity in Youth Work (ICREYOU)" aims to enhance the quality and impact of youth work by empowering youth workers and young leaders with creative tools, methods, and mindsets. Running from August 2025 to March 2026, this international training will bring together 36 participants and 5 stakeholders from 9 countries for a Professional Development Activity in Klodzko, Poland. Through non-formal education methods such as storytelling, arts, media, and collaborative exercises, the project fosters innovation, cross-cultural understanding, and personal initiative. Participants will co-create a creativity-focused toolkit, explore inclusive practices, and engage in follow-up activities to sustain the impact in their local communities, reinforcing the essential role of creativity in modern youth work.
